Created by perfumer Guy Robert in 1961, and Hermès' first women's fragrance, Calèche was reinterpreted in 1992 to become Calèche Soie de Parfum, a composition named in reference to the house's emblematic carriage and the silk craft.
OLFACTORY NOTES
Floral and aldehydic, Calèche Soie de Parfum combines the refined notes of aldehyde with opulent jasmine and generous rose.
THE OBJECT
Inspired by the lanterns of old-fashioned carriages, the bottle is topped with a black cap echoing the horsemen's bombshell. The label on the back is illustrated with a drawing by Philippe Dumas, a sign of belonging to the Parfums-Fondateurs collection.

Calèche is a novel that shines with the beauty of its raw materials, from the gaiety of citrus to the modernity of aldehyde notes, from the floral heart embroidered with ylang-ylang, rose and jasmine, to the woody, chypre trail, underscored by the nobility of iris.
