MASSAGE TECHNIQUES IN 1 MINUTE:
STEP 1 - Face and neck
- Apply to 6 areas (both cheeks, nose, forehead, chin and neck) and work the serum into the skin.
- Use circular movements to massage the serum into your neck.
STEP 2 - Jaw
-Slightly tuck in your chin and hold your lower jaw between thumb and forefinger.
-Pressing down, slide your fingers upwards along the jawline, starting at the chin and ending under the ears. (Repeat 3 times).
STEP 3 - Smile lines
-Hold four fingers together, placing the index finger along the smile lines.
-Move towards the temples, opening the smile lines, palms flat on the cheeks and lift. (Repeat 3 times)
Finish by gently pressing the temples
