Directions for use :
1 - Heat (3 seconds) : Place a few drops in the palm of your hand, then warm the lotion by rubbing your hands together.
2 - Tap (10 seconds) : Open your hand and lightly pat the lotion in from the nose to the ears. In the same way, apply to forehead, chin and neck.
